Worst! Bad customer service and crappy opening hours. They apparently don't want to be there for existing customers and certainly not new ones.

Strange that a bank branch is only open until 1:00 PM when most people work until 4:00 PM or later and if you book to get help with BankID you get an appointment a week later. Very bad.
