Staff is good but their processes are damn slow. We signed for the cooperate accounts in 2025 but now 2026 we still didnt get the accounts. Damn slow processes

Absolutely terrible experience. Spent close to an hour at this branch for a simple funds transfer (after the request was submitted). My wait was rewarded with a negligible concession on the exchange rate. Looking to change my bank after this terrible experience.
They got a CDM and a cheque deposit machine that is very convenient after working hours. Ample Parking, Friendly staff.
All customers are treated with respect. The service is excellent. Sadly, Central Bank rules prevent NDB to move out of the outdated banking proceedures compared to that of many foreign banks that I have dealt with.
