I had an excellent experience with the lease facility at NDB Bank Kohuwela Branch. I contacted them on 1st October, submitted the required documents the same day, and by 3rd October my facility was approved with all documentation completed. The process was transparent, quick, and reliable. What Lease Section Manager Mr. Chamara agreed with me from the very first call was exactly what appeared in my offer letter—no hidden changes. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was handled efficiently. I am really grateful to Branch Manager Mr. Vinod, Lease Section Manager Mr. Chamara, and Mr. Lakmal (Junior Executive – Leasing Section) for their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend the Kohuwela Branch team for their excellent customer service. Truly the best combination of staff delivering outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Hopeless service ever. From manager down the line are on phones, chatting, laughing and in their own world. Always only one cash counter is open and long queues. But not bothered of the situation by the manager or the cash officer, just keeping their eyes closed, not noticed of the situation till get blasted by the customer. Senior citizens, private banking customers and all kept standing long hours. Government banks are giving a much better service than this. The total blame should go to the branch manager and cash officer for this mismanagement of the services. Hope this will go to the notice of the NDB CEO and make necessary changes to give a better service to the customers.

Absolutely dismal service at best. Nobody appears to be in charge. Staff lack direction and basic communication skills. Extracting an answer to a simple question was akin to pulling one's own teeth with pliers. Wish I had read all the poor reviews beforehand avoided the place.

Another branch of the NDB bank. They carry all types of banking facilities. Friendly staff and not overly crowded. Parking is a mess. If you some how manage to find a parking spot, one would regret when trying to leave. All cars must back up to the main road which is extremely busy.

Kohuwala NDB , this is essential located at the junction and very visible . The branch is small but has fair amount parking space . The bank service isn't cut short they're top notion and good and friendly staff is there to assist you .
