NDB Bank 1/A Abeysekara Building Wakwella Road

This is the worst online banking experience in my entire life across the world. NDB's corporate internet banking is the worst joke. Always issues, everything takes forever. Simple things need hotline, branch visit, again hotline, again branch visit - its supposed to be online... I am very frustrated every single week.

I had a fantastic experience at the NDB Galle branch when opening a current account. Their service was top-notch, making the process incredibly smooth and efficient. The NDB Neos app is a true gem, enabling hassle-free transactions of up to 5 million rupees in a single step. Additionally, the ability to deposit 3 million rupees through their ATM with an ATM card is incredibly convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend NDB Galle branch for their outstanding service and the exceptional NDB Neos app.

One of the best banks in Sri Lanka. The customer service is very good and very impressive. Open - 9.00am to 3.00pm Weekdays Very quick service. Friendly staff. Always with smiling faces. Clean premises. Cash deposit machine (CDM) & ATM, Cheque deposit machine available 24/7. Good Fixed deposit rates compared to other banks. Privilege banking unit located inside the branch giving excellent service to the high network individuals in portfolio handling as well as financial guidance. Easy access since the bank is next to Galle bus stand, in-front of Galle Police Station. Parking available.

Funny and worst bank i have ever met. Hot lines are always wet. Work with very irresponsible.long way back i personally recomended and introduced many clients to the bank so now iam very much worry about it.
