I loved this place. It might not be large as compared to many branches and banks, but the passion they serve people with is what made me rate it a 5 star. The helpful guards, very calm, respectful as well the tellers. Its among the best banks I've visited so far.
very good observations of covid 19 protocols. went in to get a loop account. everything is digital. download the app and within 25 minutes we had the account opened. the lounge is colourful and friendly staff. they even have a water dispenser and coffee machine for clients. good customer service. would recommend it to the youth who do not have to go to banks that ask for you to be introduced by someone else before you get an acccount as some of the other banks do.no limit to amount in account so long as you can verify the source of your funds. no cost to open the account
Easier banking services. Not long waiting time to be attended to. Comfortable spots to wait for your turn in line. Personnel are keen to assist.

They don't operate on an ethical customer care process. They lied to me about account opening.
