I visited the Kiambu Town NCBA Branch this morning and was met with such hostility, I wondered what I had done to the two ladies. So I walk in and I am forced to greet the two reps that I found at the sales section because they did not bother to welcome me or even look up from their phones or the computer. So I asked about the service I wanted and one of them who has braces says something with such finality which I did not even hear to just dismiss me. I asked if I can get a write up of what she is saying or of the service option and she says they don't have. I expected much more from such a prestigious bank customer service and responsiveness is very critical especially in service people need to learn and practice it. I didn't walk in there because I had nothing else to do or to just waste their time, It was at 9am so I had purposed to transact business in there. I hope this goes to somebody's inbox and ears. I took my business elsewhere
