Now the worst bank in the whole of kenya. i have never experienced such bad customer service. there are always problems with ATMs and card payments. they simply close an account without informing you and make it almost impossible to reopen it. be careful with online payments. refund doesn't work and ncba just keeps your money!!! Absolutely not to be recommended anymore
Had a bad experience no one was answering calls. I couldn't get someone to assist on my ATM Card issue but I got sorted later,
If you send money to wrong account. Consider it a donation to the bank. You're not getting it back.
