Incompetent I've been to this branch twice to make a foreign currency transaction. On June 1st, I arrived at opening time and was told to wait because they didn't have access to the software to make deposits or withdrawals in euros. They announced 40 minutes, then 1 hour, then 1.5 hours, and finally, never. Their colleague was on sick leave and they don't have the skills to do this kind of thing. Today, August 10th, the same thing happened, they told me the colleague was on vacation. I traveled 2 hours. And to top it all off, they spoke to you very rudely (shut up, let me talk...). The same person as the first time remembered me well and told me, "Well, it's just bad luck." I tried to explain that it wasn't the customer's problem but something their company did. In short, I left without my euros and the accounts were soon closed.
