Very good banking experience. Excellent and cordial customer service to different customers from different walks of life. Easy access as very close to Seymour station. Closely located to other banks in the area. Centrally located in Seymour. Good parking space for different vehicles all through the day.

We were in this branch today and the staff members on Monday 25nov 2024 at around 10ish when above and beyond in dealing with "special" client and a elderly person that was very confused They showed respect and patience of a saint dealing with their banking needs If this branch closed its a concern what or who will help this people Then our turn along with grandson in toe was very excited about getting stamp AND to our surprise the young lady went to the back and brought out a present - a national bank money box house and stickers Our grandson was wrapped and very excited Can't thank these 2 staff members enough for making our day It's the little things in life that people do that matter You don't get this in other branches and that's why l making the effort to post Thx NAB Seymour Staff you are a credit to business
