National Australia Bank 585 High Street Penrith

This bank is useless the worst bank of them all sick and tired of something always going on with them they don't like to let your money go so you can use it

I only use this bank for business - about a year ago they ‘upgraded’ but the change machine is almost always out (especially on Mondays) that I have to constantly go across to my personal bank instead of lining up in the queue for another 15 minutes. The ladies at the counter are usually great but sometimes you feel ignored

Supposed to be a premier bank, but they managed to screw something up that they can't even explain or rather won't, screw up a payment that should not have changed after 12 months because of it, and then further screw me over because they can't do anything about it. My rent will now be overdue, my car payment will be overdue, and I won't be eating for a day or two because of their callous incompetence. Probably going to cop dishonor fees on top of that because of those bills. I hope you all sleep well every night.

I don’t for the life of me understand why they closed the NAB at Nepean Village. There you got in and out quickly. At this branch there is always a slow moving queue, never enough tellers and the limited tellers on duty don’t even try to be quick when it’s busy.

So far a great experience. Like the reviews said the deposit machine was down, short staffed. However I am very happy with the service and didn't mind the wait. The no fees will be worth it.
