Terrible experience with this noami named girl, very unprofessional, rude, impolite, unethical and disrespectful, My dad and I were there to change his name however she displayed a very negative attitude and would ask questions that were irrelevant, upon learning my dad’s limited english skills she started making gestures, rolling eyes and raising her voice.. she definitely should not be there, her customer service skills were horrible, ended up requesting to see manager the manager however were very polite, professional and helpful. She apologized, reassured and solved our issues.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at NAB Sunnybank Hills today while trying to open a simple account to pay rent. I presented my valid Queensland driver’s licence to the teller, only to be told that they couldn’t proceed. When I asked to speak with the bank manager, I explained that I am clearly the person shown on my licence and that it seemed absurd to disregard that simply because of an issue with a chip. In an effort to meet their identification requirements, I provided additional “government-issued documents” including my “NDIS work photo ID, national Working with Children card, Medicare card, and a digital copy of my birth certificate” Despite this, they refused to verify my identity because my licence’s chip wasn’t working—“as if my physical presence in the bank meant nothing”. I asked them to contact Queensland Transport or the appropriate authority to verify my ID, as this is not my issue to resolve. Instead of assisting, the manager refused to escalate the matter b

I am absolutely appalled by my experience at the NAB branch in Sunnybank Hills. The so-called "Help Desk" is a joke, primarily due to Ms. Yan, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I confronted her about her tone, she simply shrugged me off and told me to see someone else. What’s worse, after I stepped away, I overheard her and a colleague speaking in a foreign language, which felt completely disrespectful and unprofessional. After being a loyal NAB customer for over 15 years, this encounter has completely shattered my trust in the bank. NAB needs to seriously reevaluate its staff. If this is the standard of customer service, I cannot recommend this branch to anyone. Ms. Yan's behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the entire organization.

The service at this bank is very poor. The employee is extremely rude and discriminatory. It feels like she thinks this bank belongs to her, making baseless and unfounded excuses to refuse service. If someone didn't know better, they'd think she owns the bank and can do whatever she wants. With such bad service, is there really no one who can address this? This branch will waste your time, just don’t go.
