NAB Goldcoast Hwy & Westfield Helensvale Town Centre Drive

We had an appointment at NAB Helensvale with Kyle, and he went above and beyond to help us set up multiple accounts. His customer service was outstanding! Friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made what felt like a daunting task completely manageable and stress-free. Kyle really reinforced that moving to a new bank was the best decision for us. Highly recommend both Kyle and the NAB Helensvale team.

Last year I chose to open an account with NAB because their ATMs have been more reliable than others when it comes to cash deposit. On December 17, I deposited some cash at Helensvale ATM at 7 am but the machine suddenly malfunctioned and froze. I was shocked and blamed the machine. I was worried I might lose the money, so I waited until the branch opened at 9:30am to report it. It turned out the issue was caused by a few notes that were sticky (possibly from glue) and got stuck inside the machine. The female customer service staff member was friendly and helped resolve it quickly. She was calm, kind, and reassuring, and her prompt support made a stressful situation much easier. The funds were deposited back into my account within several hours. Thanks.

After noting some poor reviews for this Bank I was apprehensive when I visited it yesterday. I was unable to log onto "MYCARD" account. The young lady that assited me "Michaela" was extremely helpful & understanding of my limited understanding of the internet. I found the Bank & employees to be polite, courteous & helpful. I know banks have suffered in service over the years but the highlight of this branch is the amazing service provider, Chili. I was getting ready to stop all my banking with NAB until Chili helped. So professional, friendly and helpful- you need to promoter her or clone her!

My Mum died and it took approx 90 hours face to face/ on the phone. and 7months to pay for her own funeral out of her account. the lady with the dark hair that sits in the office was absolutly heartless.
