NAB Chatswood Financial Centre 300 Victoria Avenue Chatswood

Firstly the photos of tge NAB should be removed and replaced. The smaller NAB at The Interchange in Chatswood has long closed and replaced with another food concession. The larger branch across from Chatswood Chase was closed for renovations. I do my NAB banking elsewhere now because it was still closed before Christmas. Has it reopened since? Such a hassle . Most people liked the Chatswood Interchange branch. Service in general at NAB branches slow, queues long & ATMs VERY slow to use. What are they running on 1980's technology? Sorry can't give it more then a 3 star rating - I use the NAB to pay bills but not a NAB customer

NAB somehow finds new ways to disappoint their customers. They closed the branch at the Interchange. Then they closed the new branch for renovations when they could have planned it better so customers are not left without any options. Post renovation, I couldn't tell you what has improved, except they built more internal walls for their staff to hide behind. Around 12pm on a Wednesday there was a queue of 6 customers for one ATM because they removed one ATM during the renovation and the other one was only intermittently responsive, much like their staff. I'm not sure where they obtain the audacity to encourage customers to use ATM's rather than the teller when both are just as hopeless as each other. About half a dozen staff members just lingering around the branch adding no value. Icing on the cake is the staff member assigned to walk up and down the queue of irate customers to ask each of them what transaction they are hoping to achieve and recommend they queue for teller service ins

Worst bank,no branches in Chatswood. Im changing bank,why on earth would you close this branch, so practical, cost saving? You dont make enough profit?

There weren’t enough staff, I was kept waiting for a long time, and no one apologized. Their behavior was very rude, especially for a bank.I never back there again

1 star is too much. Slow & dont care about customer service at all, horrible experience, save yourself amd go elsewhere
