NAB branch Shop L012-14, Level 2 Macarthur Square Shopping Centre 200

We switched to NAB from ANZ because ANZ were so awful. Things with NAB were good until I had to deal with the branch. Their phone service is great and always helpful, so I expected the branch to be the same. I have seldom come across such rude, ignorant and unhelpful people. I have also never come across someone who lied to me blatantly in a banking situation until NAB Macarthur Square. To say I was shocked was an understatement. This branch needs to be managed by someone who can knock them all into shape.

Went NAB for SMART ATM 2 times in past month. Noticed NAB location moved opposite to ANZ without any signs/notices from previous location which was next to JB Hi-Fi. Called service line this morning and waiting long time to go through and confirmed NAB Macarthur Square is not closed. That might be more useful if NAB could let customers aware any changes from previous location, even just a little map would help. Generally speaking, I'm not going to NAB branch on weekly basis, especially some many branches are closed recently.

If you looking for a good customer service, stay away from NAB bank! I have a mortgage with them for more than 5 years and when the interest rate increased they increased mine to the highest number 7.75 while I had to chnage to ANZ as they offered lower interest, I could save more than $500 monthly but NAB didn't offer to review my mortgage or even reach me to explain there's a review to for my mortgage! The opposite with other banks the are more concerned about keeping customers and eventually better customer service, they don't care even if you visit them face to face and I'm talking about Campbelltown branch even over the phone as. I'm the third person between my friends transferred our mortgage away from them as the deceive customers and get the more benefits as they they are not familiar with finance or other banks rules. I hope this can help customers specifically if they have a Morgan with them to move away from NAB as they don't care and don't reach customers to provide the bes

Are you ever open? 12:30pm on a Thursday. We are going to CBA to open our new account. Edit review for the owners response - I was just there 1 hour ago and you are SHUT. Those opening hours are incorrect abd not true. We now have an account with St George who are located downstairs and open according to there advertised times. They are also open Saturdays . Edit of owners edit response - Attempted to correct me on their opening hours so needed to edit their hours. I guess they couldn't even believe the lack of hours they are open. Major banks opposite them St George and others all open Saturdays and longer hours.

Customer service has to be the worst I’ve ever witnessed at a branch and not only is the teller rude , ignorant 1/12 hrs to transfer my own money while my elderly parents weren’t even offered a seat while they had to wait. No communication to us on what he was doing or up to the whole time . Never enter this branch again , Jerome was the teller , Disgusting service from this man . 😖
