We were in the branch with my elderly mum the other day and wasn't sure what we needed to do to get access back to her account. Celina was very patience and went out of her way to help us. Top marks for fabulous customer service to which we really appreciated. Thank you Celina!

Having trouble with account for over a year because I was paid by a cheque that bounced and nab decides to lock my account which is rediculous obviously I’m not going to accept payment for anything if I have any knowledge of indication that it’s going to bounce and leave myself out of pocket. Over a year and a half has passed and multiple attempts to have funds in my account released to me that are clearly nothing to do with the cheque I had no controll of and staff have denied me access verifying my id when I have sufficient and satisfactory documents as stated in there policies plus more simply telling me I need photo id and refusing to acknowledge that I am trying to show them there own policy, trying one more time today with expired digital qld gov id,birth certificate,healthcare card,Medicare card, organ donor card, bank card and various other documents well over what’s required if I’m refused today I’m using the full extent of everything available to complain untill heard and com

Ms. Shay who works at the bank is a multi tasker, so friendly and very professional. She is so calm and listens to her customers with care. She is so good at helping us with queries and solving challenges. I really enjoyed my experience yesterday when I met her. She solved my task in less than 5 min. Very grateful!! Thank you Ms. Shay

I visited the NAB Ashfield branch today to make a transfer from my account to another bank. The staff member assisting me was friendly and helped with the paperwork, but unfortunately, the promised transfer within 1-2 hours did not occur. Now, due to a public holiday, I'm left waiting for another week until the branch reopens. The lack of management presence was apparent, with the branch manager unavailable to sign off on my paperwork. Despite calling from 1 pm to 6 pm, no one bothered to pick up the phone. This experience reflects poor management and a waste of my time. I'm disappointed with the service and the inconvenience caused. I won't be returning to this branch.

Try to get some money out from them to pay trader who's helping me renovation my home, they asked me invoice from trader and some documents. Come on if I get invoice, why I need cash out? Just do something human should do it. Zero star
