Take so long to do simple tasks! There’s more staff than customers but all trainees, no one knows what they’re doing! Took two staff to figures out how to open simple everyday personal account then had to wait another hour to deposit the cash! 3 staff at counter yet each one asking each other what to do! Really disappointed!

Absolutely the WORST service provider by far, shame on you whoever is in charge of your team there! Have been a royal NAB customer since 1998 including my business accounts, NAB staffs at the counter do not have a clue how to look after their customers, selfish thinking with no intention to look after NAB account holders at all. May be this is their way to push people away so they can have less workload..?! That part of their purpose they certainly have achieved in flying colors..!! All three staff members on duty from junior to senior level around 1:45pm are no difference, supermarket customer service staffs probably offer better customer service experience..!

I recently had a frustrating experience with the ATM service at my local bank branch, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Over the past two weeks, I encountered multiple instances where the ATM deposit option was unavailable. It began with one malfunctioning machine last week, and this week, both ATMs were out of service. This inconsistency in their service was highly inconvenient, especially for customers like me who rely on the convenience of depositing cash or checks through ATMs. Furthermore, the situation was aggravated by the long queues inside the bank. As a result of the non-functional ATMs, there was a substantial influx of customers inside the branch, leading to extended waiting times. This meant wasting precious time standing in line just to carry out a simple transaction. It was disappointing to see such inefficiency and lack of preparation on the bank's part to handle the increased footfall. The bank clearly needs to improve their ATM service and address the

Had an issue getting a new debit card sent overseas, and after getting nowhere online or over the phone, I visited the NAB Glen Waverley branch. Chris was fantastic—he took full ownership of the issue, explained each step clearly, and got it sorted quickly. He’s currently studying banking, and if this experience is anything to go by, he’d definitely get an A. As someone with a banking background myself, I can confidently say he has a bright future ahead. Thanks again, Chris!
