This is the 2nd branch of NAB I visited, and the staff here (Sharon) was also very friendly, accommodating, and helpful to me, just like the staff in the Westfield branch. Hope I will always have this great service from every NAB branch I will visit later.
Very short and reasonable waiting time, staff quick professional and accurate service, as good as can be expected on a busy day/period.
I have nothing but praise for Sarah. She was extremely kind and friendly in helping me set up my account, despite me arriving near their closing time, which I fully expected to be turned away. She even called to check in a few days later to ensure everything was okay and that I had no further questions. Would recommend her wonderful service to anyone.
Big shout out to Joseph Hannouch. Was super helpful over the phone, providing an exceptional level of service.
I want to transfer cash to my bank card. The employee counted 10 AUD 50 bills to me twice, and finally wrote 9 bills on paper. I cannot comment on this. I hope your employees take care of themselves. Money is not easy to come by. Thank you
