Useless staff and a waste of time. I needed important documents immediately and the best they could do was in a more then whole weeks time! I will be changing my bank very soon
Policy changed in Oct. 2020 - can no longer wire money internationally from this branch. Inconvenient, illogical, and a step backwards.
They were really helpful despite the language barrier
I regularly use Mizuho Bank. It's often quite crowded during lunchtime! There are about 10 ATMs available. You can also exchange currency!
The female staff member at the reception or who was guiding me was incredibly unpleasant. They really need to receive proper service training. I'm closing my account and opening one at a different bank.
