I had a very bad experience here. My Japanese is not that good, I know, but in this branch they seem to refuse foreigners just by default. I wanted to become a customer of this bank and open a new account.. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY! Instead they just send me away. My strong advice: entrust your money to another bank, if you want to be treated with dignity and value good customer service! I'll go to the Shinsei Bank across the street now.

They are extremely persistent in soliciting investments, but are utterly rude if anything doesn't directly benefit them. They lack sensitivity to the impact on their customers. This bank's fate is sealed.

If you are looking for a mortgage consultation, go around to the back and take the elevator up. Please note that you cannot enter the area where the ATM is located.

It's a large branch with 11 floors. Perhaps because it was late September, there was a huge line at the currency exchange machine on the first floor. The ATM is easy to use ^_^
