If the ladies at the counter in front of the prefectural assembly building were rated 100 points, the ladies at this counter would probably get about a 2. Even if I were to win a big lottery ticket, I wouldn't deposit it at Mizuho Bank's Kofu branch. I plan to have the money transferred to an account at another bank.
