One thing I must share with everyone, with my 40 years of banking experience: I was with standard bank since 1990s till I joined with Investec 2 years back ( 2022 or 2023) . The service of private banking is much much better and efficient with standard bank . Definitely Investec’s team needs more experience and knowledge as well as quality of service! Simple, simple queries takes so much time. Some waiting periods are 24 to 48hrs. Also , lots of T&C are not explained properly before joining! Specially use of credit cards , interests systems, home loan so forth ….. That’s very very interesting and shows inefficiency. Nothing personal. I sincerely regret that I left SBSA and joined this Investec by seeing the advert on billboard. 😀 May be I am inefficient and less knowledgeable!

Personally i've never been inside the building. From the looks of it though you guys are doing something right. Everyone i see walking into the place has one of two facial expressions. 1 being happy and 2 being dwayne the rock serious. On a realistic point of view this place makes you want to aspire to never expire. Now imagine their facial expressions when they come out. Nothing but pearly white smiles

My private banker is exceptional! I've honestly never had better service from a bank. Thank you.

Definitely the best bank around. Queries are resolved via a phone call which is answered immediately - no need to go through call centers.
