It's actually a tragedy when only a few employees in a large international bank like ING speak English. I made an appointment today, but it wasn't even listed at reception and the lady at reception didn't speak English. So I had to get someone from the cashier's office who spoke some English. Unfortunately, the employee in charge was ill. But it must be possible for a bank in Europe to provide its employees with continuous foreign language courses. Poland hasn't really arrived in the EU yet.
Very nice. Good app. This bank is trying its best to deal with the useless regulations.
