Extremely disappointing service at ING Bank – Poznań We visited the ING branch today at 10:00 AM, hoping to complete a simple identification confirmation for our banking process. Upon arrival, we politely asked the staff member, Adam, if he spoke English. He bluntly said “NO” and made no effort to connect us with any English-speaking colleague, despite being in a customer service role. His overall attitude was extremely unwelcoming. He seemed disinterested and as though he was reluctantly forced to assist us. Ironically, he later began speaking English—so the initial refusal seemed unnecessary and dismissive. We had travelled all the way from Dubai for this process, and despite explaining our situation, Adam showed no willingness to properly understand or assist. He attempted to process something half-heartedly, but it led nowhere and we left frustrated, with nothing resolved. Today I visit for document update. It was like just 10 min. Very nice staff. They speak English.

Very good especially for English speakers is the best ING filial.
