Why was the cash desk in the city center (al. NMP) closed? The woman sent her wife somewhere near Jasna Góra, which is who knows where. Previously, the cash desk for deposits and withdrawals in foreign currencies was closed, and now it's a cash desk in złoty. It's outrageous that a bank in the city center has no cash desks and forces customers to run with cash or to the outskirts to get cash. The bank is generating higher profits and pseudo-savings at the expense of its customers, while quickly and eagerly lowering interest rates on deposits.

The service was very nice, I got everything I needed and left satisfied.
