After many years of using ING's rather positive services, I decided to open accounts for my children, and that's when the drama began. I had no major problems with my own children's accounts. Opening accounts for our children (we're a foster family) online is impossible because applications are rejected despite having all the necessary documentation (ID cards, court order for legal custody). So the hotline refers me to a bank branch. Okay, I thought, what can I do? I'll go. The nearest branch is 50 km away. I'm from Sieradz, so I'm going with my children to the ING branch in Kalisz, at the Amber shopping mall. I explain what's going on. Of course, we'll help, but you need to make an appointment for Thursday at the earliest. I explain to the woman that I'm 50 km away. Their response is that they can't help me figure it out, but that's my problem. So, I'll probably say goodbye to a bank that handles my money and doesn't respect me or my time.

Terrible, incompetent service. They make a mistake and then complain to the customer instead of quickly correcting their mistake.

Professional service. The women working at the branch were very helpful, answering questions clearly and concisely. Signing the mortgage agreement went very smoothly and without any complications. I highly recommend them.
