Horrible customer service I had to come back 4 times because of their lack of knowledge of their processes between branches + lazy employees And the waiting time is HORRIBLE SO SLOOWWW
The customer service was poor, i have an account in the bank and traveled from my home country to jordan the customer sevice asked me for a documentation which not possible to have and make me lose time by going to other branch of the bank they did not requested it all of that make me late on my fight due to traffic jam

Worst customer service ever!! Rude, they do not respect the customer!! The attitude is as if i am wasting his time while he is talking to his colleague about football! And another thing! Employees must be more representative
