The staff who assisted me (I think her name was Shakila, please forgive me if I got it slightly wrong 🙏) was exceptionally helpful, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. She explained everything so clearly that even my follow-up questions started to feel unnecessary 👍. Despite the counter being busy, she remained calm, professional, and friendly — not a hint of stress, just pure competence ✨.
