A great first impression on coming up the first floor escalator, when i was met by 2 security personnel, Encik Rolii and Puan Azlina. This was followed by more fantastic service by your banking officer, Ms. Preavina. She spotted me entering the banking hall on level 1. She came out to greet me and helped to fill in the required banking form. She is very efficient and managed to do what I thought was a difficult transaction, very easily. I needed to transfer some funds from my HLB account here in Malaysia to an account in Perth, to cover some costs related to my children's education. Ms. She made the whole experience joyful for me and saved me a lot of hassle. Kudos to her. Your bank can use more officers like her. Thank you. Nash Bhullar.

Appreciate the much needed assistance that was provided by the staff, Muhammad Aniq for opening my business current account. I expected that the process would be difficult but with his assistance it’s much more easier than I thought. His professionalism and willing to go above and beyond to help me even on weekends is something that I appreciate the most.

One star because this building outside walls are all glass and it’s reflecting sunlight directly to my house opposite it in the residential area on Jalan Setiajasa. I wrote an email to them but after 1-2 months no response. This rating is for the building’s construction. Terribly built without proper glass panels being at the proper angles to avoid reflecting sunlight to homes nearby
