I would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience at your service center today. I obtained my queue ticket at 2:00 PM, and by 2:20 PM, only one number had been called. This extended waiting time suggests that the queue management process may need improvement. Lengthy delays can be challenging for customers and may affect overall satisfaction. I hope your team can review this matter and consider measures to improve the efficiency of the queue system to provide a better experience for visitors. However, I greatly appreciate the effort of Mr Goh calling me again to attend to my query and handle it well. Thanks for taking my feedback seriously and I hope the queue service can be improved better in future.
