Dear HNB Bank Customer Service Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at the Modara Kanda-Uda of HNB Bank. While I have been a satisfied customer for a considerable period, I encountered a significant issue during my recent visit to the branch. On 6th of NoV, I visited the branch to conduct my banking transactions. I noticed that although there are two cash issuing counters, only one was open. This led to a prolonged queue and created inconvenience for many customers, including myself. I observed that people were struggling to wait in line for an extended period. I understand that unexpected situations may arise, but the lack of adequate staffing or counter availability can lead to an unpleasant customer experience. It is essential that customers can access services efficiently, especially when there are multiple counters available. I kindly request that you investigate this situation and take steps to improve the service at the Branch.

Very tiny place. Staffs are just okay, not friendly. Always all are at rush all the time, banks staffs, security even the customers. Have to wait longer time even for a small request. Continuous follow up should be there to get any tasks done. Quality should be improved.

Very poor service. This is not like other branches of HNB. Very lazy fellows and if you are heading here for any services you might end up spending hours here. If you come at lunch time you may need to wait till staffs finish their lunch to accomplish your works. Manager should pay attention about these things

I am a small time businessman by maintaining a decent business account with this branch over the past 2 years by without a single cheque

I waited for a long time, It is very disappointing that even such small requests can be timely fulfilled by a bank of your stature. I am an old customer of the bank and have found it very troublesome to have had to come so many times 👎
