Pathetic unprofessional service. I visited this branch in the month of August 2018 , in order to transfer my foreign currency (GBP) to another account. After waiting for nearly half an hour a skinny young lady talked to me .However it was apparent that she was new to the job and she had to get advice from another member of staff ( stocky man) and he was not happy and blaming this poor girl loudly in front of the clients . Then my turn came up requested him to transfer my funds to an account in the UK.In return he asked me in sinhala " are you aware that you cannot transfer any funds abroad unless you have a medical emergency or it is for educational purposes. Then i replies to him I am aware of it .However my funds are sitting in an NRFC account hence your conditions would not apply to me. Surprise surprise this unethical unprofessional member of staff started to yell loudly .His mere purpose was to humiliate me in front of general public. He yelled " we are bankers and cus

Friendly staff and quick service. Parking is limited in front of the bank. There's an ATM too.

Well this is the state owned savings bank branch in hakmana. Not impressive but it does a good service
