We visited the bank to update my mom’s mobile number. They said it would take 5 minutes, but after 30 minutes the issue was still not resolved. Poor service — senior staff passed it to juniors who were not helpful and wasted our time.

I visited the HNB Credit Unit today to apply for a credit card, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I had to wait for the officer to finish her tasks, and even after that, the staff didn’t seem to know how to handle customers properly. The service was neither helpful nor efficient, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall experience. With HNB kurunagala branch in my 1st visit.

To the HNB Branch Manager!!! The worst HNB branch!!! I requested a Credit card MOMO machine, they said they will come to inspect my shop the next day which is just 1.5 KM from the branch. Its been almost 6 months now and still any one didnt come to visit my shop. If they dont want to give me a machine its ok but they have to tell me but when ever I goto complain that no one came to inspect the shop, they say me that surely they will come within 2 days but it has been 6 months now. Worst experience! Worst Branch! Worst Customer Support 🤮 Mr. Amila is the guy who dealt with me for the last 1.5months, the guy who was dealing with me before that got transferred or promoted.

Good customer service they give a good customer service for his customers and they provide a good service. This place is located in middle of the town. Easy to reach the location. #service #love #good
