HNB Anuradhapura Branch No.30 Mithreepala Senanayake Road New Town

Very bad customer service ever I seen in private sector bank,today I visited this branch to do a teller transaction. I was little bit busy. But I was following the queue but some customers went directly to teller. Security was somewhere else.after long waiting time I got my chance.while serving external customers teller was doing his own staffs transactions.then I asked from can do little bit quickly, then he replied me, “ I’m doing my own way, you have to wait according to me” I said thanks and came. I don’t know why Like this best bank why this type of poor customer service, I will never go this place.

Phone number is not work never

There's poor customer service. Yesterday i went to the branch at Anuradhapura to transfer some money from the ATM, i had my car parked at the road in front of the bank that belongs to the government. The guard came and shouted at me in the middle of the crowd when i was at the ATM asking me to take the car away. I was then doing my transaction so i could not take away my car immediately, the guard had complained to the manager since i was late, and the manager came and asked me to do the same. I said since the road belongs to the government, i parked it here, you could have put a board saying "no parking here" so that there would have not been any issue. Then they said that the board still did not come. So i would say this is not the mistake of customers, having a board saying "no parking" is the responsibility of the manager. Among other private banks, this is the worst customer branch i've seen. I don't recommend this bank since the manager does not know to talk politely to the custo

Customer service is terrible! Compared to the other HNB branches this place is no way near them.
