Pathetic Branch, Worse Staff, no guidance, stupidly you ask to bring documents when they don't need it, gave you illogical reasons, whenever you visit their systems are down. Confused and lousy staff simple waste your time.No botheration for responding calls or guidance for customers. I wish i could give negative ratings.

Pathetic staff ....worst management...waited more than 2 hours just to collect account opening form third class bank. Even not able to gain 1star but i can't post my reviwes if i dont select any star, so unfortunately i selecting 1 star

Poor customer service. This place looks like an overcrowded fish market. Never attend calls or respond to customer queries in time. Never going to visit this place again

Very small branch. In Covid19, there isnt any sanitizer. Rush makes it more difficult for its staff to entertain you. Not recommended to make account in it. Staff is also overcouded.
