I opened an account, and the male employee tried to sell me insurance and credit cards. This branch is absolutely incomprehensible! I got a new phone and asked for a new security key, but they said I needed to fill out a form and wouldn't let me call eBenging myself to fix it. Then I forgot my password and didn't know how to use it, making things incredibly complicated. I'm telling you, the staff here are all worthless! I think you should use that phone for stock trading! It took me 5 or 6 hours to get it sorted out. I advise everyone, if you have money, don't waste it here! The banking services these days are truly absurd.
