Helpful, bilingual bankers. I was able to create an account and get all my necessary banking cards with the help of the people here. I have been well served by Hang Seng Bank.

The branch, located on Castle Peak Road, strangely lacks ATMs, cash deposit machines, and other facilities, hindering customer access to convenient and appropriate services. The quality of service needs improvement. In fact, there is ample space outside the branch for at least two ATMs and one cash deposit machine for the convenience of the local community. This issue was reported two years ago, but the bank has not made any improvements, which is truly disappointing.
