Very good service but like the staff are only interested in the service Can't work 1) Changing online banking app code for 1 day is still not available. 2) Changing atm card codes 1 day is not yet available But the staff said that can be used immediately. I lost 4 hours without getting anything.
Deposit and withdrawal services are extremely slow. Seems staff are not interested to serve clients well. Most of time, while around 20 clients in a row, only 1 or 2 windows of 7 are operating.
Poor service, long and unacceptable waiting time
