I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks for the excellent help and service I received at this FNB branch. I was really impressed with the way my situation was handled, and I appreciate the time and effort everyone put into assisting me.💯✨️♥️ Special thanks to the lady who helped me -I can't remember her name but if i try to remember her work ipad had initials:BM or MB but it's a dark good looking slim lady and she will know once she sees this review and also thanks to the indian guy. Her patience and knowledge made a big difference, and I really appreciated her friendly and professional approach.💯🙏🏽💫 Thanks also to the rest of the staff for their warm welcome and efficient service.💯🙏🏽
There was some funds missing from my account ,when I went to query it at FNB ,the Indian man at the front was extremely unhelpful and acted like I'm making a big deal out of a small amount R377 ,saying that FNB will not Rob me for such a small amount ,My funds are valuable to me so I need answers
My card expired back in September. I've been waiting since then. My mum received a call 2 weeks ago telling me that someone says my card is ready for pickup. I took off today from work and go in to pick up my card from this branch and I was told that my card was not there and I still have to wait for them to message me upon arrival. I have been waiting since October for my card. I am unable to pay for groceries as I need either cash or card to swipe. I have to borrow money just get by. This is the 2nd time that I have been to this branch and has received poor service. In the first place, the bank has given me the wrong card.. They were supposed to have given me a Debit card, instead given me a Credit card which I never asked for. I cancelled my Credit card 3 years ago when I was issued a new debit card. Why give a customer a card which they never asked for? Why assure your customers that their card will be ready for them ASAP when you keep them waiting for almost two months now? How
Long que on the 21 Dec but no tellers.??? When customers asked wats the story here the reply was.. We only have one consultant and she's busy doing others things so wait or go to another bank.. Seriously this is the service from fnb
Poor service, I had to wait almost an hour just to activate my app, yet the bank was almost empty.
