Extremely poor service. We waited more than an hour while others were taken ahead of us, simply because our ticket was marked for “other services”. No one took responsibility, and our time was clearly not respected.

The service is very poor, they do not prioritise pregnant women. They make excuses for their bad service. I spoke to two different consultants about this but clearly they do not take things seriously. I’m 8+ months pregnant, I waited there for more than 3 hours even left without being assisted.

I want to thank FNB Mall of Africa for the best service, yesterday I was served by Zanele, and the team; prior day, was Blessing; and I want to thank the Branch Manager, Thami for his exceptional leadership style and the warm culture he has infused into the team! FNB leads! Due to the service, I’m switching to FNB.

Sandra from Mall of Africa FNB is an excellent professional who renders 5 star service. She educated me well on FNB services beyond my expectations. I'm a happy Customer. She deserves a promotion this one!
