They take two weeks to respond to an email, and then don't even bother to read what you asked. Literally a generic copy paste of instructions that don't apply. Call centres are just as bad and take hours to get anything done. You're the worst.

Worst FNB experience yet. Average waiting time is above 30 minutes, queues stay at a standstill and team is busy chat2to each other when not on phones. Wish I could give it less than 1 star, appalling! Came on twp separate occasions for a new account which was possible on the app and bogh times left after 30 minutes unassisted.

Well accessible area at Hillcrest office park. You can come for all FNB services here, and there are deposit taking ATMs outside. The staff is very helpful and ever smiling. Expect delays in service especially if you get there at lunch. But your stay should however be relaxing since they have free WiFi here

I visited the FNB Hatfield branch today and I was assisted by Mosa. She is the loveliest service agent I have ever met. She made sure she goes through all the relevant departments to ensure I get assisted and my query gets escalated. If you want to be assisted efficiently visit the branch and ask for her! I am so grateful wow!❤️
