WORST BANK WE HAVE ON KANGUNDO ROAD . Avoid it at all cost . It took us 2 hours and 30 minutes to get served . Only two tellers operating and the other two empty while the customers kept increasing. No body to manage the bank floor hence people were not following the numbers . Operations Manger very close to all these problems but not even once did he come to check how the branch operations are actually going on . Very congested hence there was no space to handle the bigger ruai equity bank community. ONCE AGAIN VISIT THIS BRANCH AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WHEN YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH YOUR TIME .

The only issue I had with this branch is that the service agents at the account opening section kept serving customers without a ticket, leaving those with tickets wondering what was happening even if they were next. Their WiFi internet speeds though make the waiting worth while.

The worst customer service experience. Waiting over three hours just to open an account. The representative at the accounts opening desk does personal business while clients wait in queue. So unfortunate that this is the only bank in the area.

Worst experience. The account opening desk seems overwhelmed and they seem not to care. Waiting one hour just to update email address? Am #11 and she has been serving customer #5 for last one hour. Will I ever be next?

Equity bank ruai is the worst bank I've gone to especially the guy at account opening sector, his rude and favours other clients. He is not following the queue line and also arrogant. He made me think twice on opening an account with the firm.
