I came in today to take my money and head to another bank that they were waiting on me....but Mary changed everything. I'll come back and write the full testimonial but Equity, do better! Especially for diaspora clients!

Gate house Branch...Stay away guys The salary loan section is a TOTAL MESS. They retain all your money after deducting their own,still they hold your balance and you have to follow them for weeks. Stay away from Nakuru Gate House Branch Don't get into the trap like I did.This Edith/Edina lady salary section will mess your day ,your plans and continue holding your hard earned money. Customer week...my experience since they transferred reliable people and brought rejects has been terrible 😔

Sitting here for over one and a half hour just to transfer money. Thought money is their business but it seems like they are dont care about customers. They ask to get a "ticket for easy queue management" but seems like people are just walking in and get served. Never again!!! This can only be a bad joke.

Mu experience at the bank is not a bad one. Save the humongous queues, it a good bank so to say.

A strategic place but a nightmare for customers with vehicles as they have to literary have to look for a space around town.
