I went to renew my visa card, I filled in a form indicating I needed a visa card . The lady at the desk gave me a normal card after deducting 480kes . I noted and it was adjusted but another 720kes was deducted. I asked why but was told it would be reversed , been 4days and no refund yet. Seems she was absent minded. Noted, they are also too slow.
Slow service despite the seemingly non-crowding, which is common with Equity's other branches. I have an issue with one credit officer who kept moving from room to room and receiving personal nonwork related calls, which eventually led to her taking over 1hr to serve two people.
Very slow branch. On the receiving money counters, they have very fast professionals, on the customer care desks its terrible. Very quick to take money but Very very slow to assist in other matters relating to the previous deposited money.
