Worst equity branch I have ever seen. Will certainly avoid it like the plague next time. How do you wait for more than an hour just to withdraw cash over the counter?

Please go back to the old way of banking. This ticketing system makes wait times way , way , way , waaay too slow. I'm here to get a card replacement and I've been stuck for one and a half hours. Very frustrating In the previous years, I only took 20 mins for the same service. Now it ruins plans for the entire day

Customer service is just awful,the staff is focused more on the phone than assisting the customers,,

Equity bank have the worst customer care on planet earth.i was charged 4 times for DSTV but a refund took two weeks... despite emails exceeding 10 , incident numbers, a visit to the branches and filling in forms... they just didn’t care...they didn’t care to respond to emails.. each call I made I was promised heaven on earth... each visit I made I was promised 72 hours at most... service was terrible....

I went in for a business account opening,waited for more than one hour to be served,only to meet a very rude customer associate,no sense of urgency and smile never exists on any of their faces.The guy at the front desk is very helpful and he is the only one who seems to understand the meaning of good customer service.
