So I have been following an issue about my reversal for 1 Good week. Mind you..it's not that I sent money to the wrong person..but I sent but their systems were down so the money never reflected to the receipt. I was not given whatever I wanted at the shop. After calling Equity every day the answer remains..our team is working on it..Worst service ever!!!!..Eventually I have given up!!.

the front of the bank is always crowded with old men and women who seem to be waiting impatiently and uncomfortably for something inside the bank. I wish the bank could relocate to spacious premises for these senior citizens to be more comfortable waiting.

Disappointed, after calling customer care they sent me to the bank. I did so but I met disorganized people who didn't help me.
