What most people don't realize is that Equity Bank has been around for decades, but a change in their business strategy a decade or so ago saw them grow intensively. Their aggressive approach led to smaller outlets, what we now know as Agents. Basically, Agents work almost similar to the Banks itself, in that, you can deposit and withdraw funds without getting to the bank or an ATM. Without a doubt Agents have made life easier due to convenience as they are in their numbers. Karibu Member?!
