Its the head office of Dutch bangla bank of Narayanganj. The bank is spacious enough but customers are too much to control. Always remain over crowded. You always have to take queue to take service and have to wait 10-20 minutes. They also provide dbbl mobile banking service. For online clearing, depositing check, you have to go to 2nd floor. There is less crowd. DBBl needs to set up more fast tracks to reduce pressure on the bank.
Worst service, i had ever seen. 3 hours taken to open one savings account. Customer service is very poor. I don't want to come here again.
The customer Service is very Poor! I have visited the bank for opening a bank account but the behavior i get is very poor ..Their Assistant Relation Officer need some degree on behavior !!
B B road branch is too crowded, better catch other branch.
