Soo poor service.They don't even know how to talk to there customers.They are not well behaved.They treat you like a trash.Very bad experience.I have waited a hour for a transection.Not recommend.very bad place.

The last time for cash transactions in the Bank is up to 3:30pm. But Dhaka Bank Mohakhali branch doesn't want to accept electricity bill after 2 pm, it's very sad.

ভালো সার্ভিস। কিন্তু বিলের জন্য শুধুমাত্র একটি লাইন। অনেকক্ষণ অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। Good service But just one line for utilities and others bill payment. So be prepared to wait long time.
