Waiting is your motto... It gives the impression that citizens are receiving charity from the agency. Is it reasonable that those depositing funds, those withdrawing funds, and those seeking any other service all have to stand in the same queue? People wait for hours, and there are only one or two windows actually working... Is this how we improve the banking system? What a shame, my country!

The bank is useless in terms of services. When you're abroad and you receive money from home, you can withdraw your money after about a week, and sometimes you don't even receive it. The taxes are exorbitant; they tax you up to 40%, sometimes it's theft! In fact, it's rape.
