I am very disappointed by the attitude of the staff at this agency. I witnessed a scene where the manager showed a complete lack of respect to an elderly man simply because he had politely asked for his turn, and rightfully so. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially towards an elderly person. A minimum of respect and professionalism is expected in this type of establishment.
A very bad experience with this agency. The department head is completely unprofessional, especially towards elderly people. I strongly advise against using this agency.
